Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions
We ship our products basically worldwide. If your country is not available contact us, please.

Dispatch costs
All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.

Deliveries within Germany
We charge lump sum shipping costs of 3.95 € per order.

Deliveries to foreign countries
We charge a lump sum shipping cost for deliveries to foreign countries as follows:
World: 9.90 € for the first article. Plus three Euro for each additional article. That includes shipping and transport fee and insurance.

Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 19 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation). In some very rare cases delays can be caused by random checks by customs or other import authorities in the recipient country without the import documents or the goods showing obvious defects.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

Please note that due to the current COVID-19 situation, there may be very long transit times of approx. 2 months for shipping, due to sharply reduced transport cpacities to abroad at this time, esp. In case of deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:
- Prepayment via bank transfer (3,0% discount of all goods)
- Payment via PayPal (included, no additional charge)
- Payment via PayPal Express (included, no additional charge)

In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:
- Prepayment via bank transfer (3,0% discount of all goods)
- Payment via PayPal (included, no additional charge)
- Payment via PayPal Express (included, no additional charge)
