Dispatch conditions
We ship our products basically worldwide. If your country is not available contact us, please.
Dispatch costs
All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.
Deliveries within Germany
We charge lump sum shipping costs of 5.95 € per order.
Deliveries to foreign countries with insurance
We ship by air, this is the fastest, safest and most expensive transportation method.
From our experience, it is the best choice for the rare, unique pieces of exclusive brands of glasses and sunglasses from our GrauGlasses online shop.
We calculate the shipping costs individually depending on the destination country.
Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 19 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation). In some very rare cases delays can be caused by random checks by customs or other import authorities in the recipient country without the import documents or the goods showing obvious defects.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
